Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Make Questions per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
• use the service to generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

To access certain features of Make Questions, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Make Questions uses artificial intelligence to generate questions and content. You understand and agree that:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of Make Questions after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
