Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of MakeQuestions per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
• use the service to generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

To access certain features of MakeQuestions, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date

MakeQuestions uses artificial intelligence to generate questions and content. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You retain ownership of content you input into the system

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to MakeQuestions at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of MakeQuestions after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
